    Carol M. Weber, 78, of Hot Springs Village passed on to be with her husband Richard on January 14, 2015. Carol was born October 6, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Samuel and May Singel.

    Carol is survived by her cousin Wayne and wife Jean Singel, of Hot Springs Village, cousin Linda Griffin of Hot Springs Village and cousin Marlond Phenicie of Florida.

    Carol will be missed by friends and family.

    Interment will be at the V.A. Cemetery in Quincy, Illinois.

    Arrangements have been entrusted to CedarVale Funeral Home.
